Moving Outdoor to indoor. Need advice!

This morning has created a bit of a problem, dads home for a while... My plants are on 12/12 light/dark and my damn dad has come home and interrupted my grow. Would it shock my girls if a moved them from outdoor to indoor or have any negative effect on them?

No, I have gone from outdoor to indoor without any problems.

What kind of lights would you reccomend? I've never tried an indoor grow.

Depends how many plants and the size of your area, but HPS for sure.

The area I'm looking at is about 2'x4' an 4 plants each in 4inch pots. I'm not trying to grow huge just aNt to grow a LOL something extra for me ya know, that's why they're in such small pots.

get a 250 hps or a 400hps, I would get the 400, just make sure to air-cool it so you can control the temps.
