A quick update, They kinda haven't grown one nearly died, had the HPS light on and i think it may have been too low, Water was drying up really quickly which was really worrying. So i have got an old fish tank light out which shines a nice blue and using that instead for now gonna go on a 20/4 cycle and will check back 2mo. End of month payday and i'm gonna buy some veg lights so i avoid this as i know the fish tank light wot cut it but hey its my first grow.

why dont you just get a conversion bulb for your hps if you have one set up..work on ventilating your hps before you buy another light,you can use your hps thru all stage and if you dont ventilate it now you will have the same problems later..

Thats being worked on as well. Only had a small budget to work from to begin with and ventilation was some thing that had to come end of this month, I have a couple of fans in there with the vents open. I'm gonna look through all my PC scraps see if i can pull out any old fans that can be used for the mean time.

do not use hps for veg'n, waste of wattage and too much of intense light for small crops. Just use 48" flos, use hps on flowering for dense buds
