I made my first purchase from Multiverse recently and am very satisfied with their breeder selections, customer service and shipping however, like others have pointed out, I encountered an issue with freebie seeds. Upon visually inspecting two freebie seeds from ERRORS one of the seeds is clearly split open. I reached out to Multiverse concerning it and due to it being a freebie wasn't too bent upon finding the imperfection. I pointed out the issue and supplied photographs not expecting anything in return, though freebies are part of their advertising. The response I received was, "the seed is just crying out to be planted"! I had to respond back, after I finished my laughing spell, thanking them for the laugh, upon which I received another customer service reply, haha followed by, it's such a shame that poor seed won't get the chance to live! OK, at this point I could have carried it on but choose to not inflate the situation and replied, "against my better judgement, for the sake of saying I did, I will try to germinate the split seed". Apparently it never occurred to customer service to ask when I was going to use the seed. Anyway, I have attached the photo I provided to Multiverse customer service. After looking at the photo, how many of you believe the seed germinated????
