Murray sentencing -- prediction?

It's probably a stretch to think that anyone is interested in this whatsoever, but anyway...

Dr. Conrad Murray, convicted of involuntary manslaughter in the death of Michael Jackson, is to be sentenced today. He faces a maximum of four years in prison. I really have no idea how it will go, but I am thinking it will either be probation/house arrest or the full 4 years, not something in between. Four years is already a paltry sentence for the loss of a life, so to further reduce that to, say, 2 years is an insult. But this is California also.

I have to agree Tet that it is an insult that someone can only receive 4 years Max (In This Case) for taking a life of a human being. Hell, I would give that to someone who killed a dog or other animal in a Cruelty Case scenario.

I think Dr. Murray will receive a 2 year jail sentence followed by 2 years probation.

I agree that MJ has significant responsibility for what happened to him. However, Murray is guilty if only for placing and dispensing Propofol in that setting, especially since he is not an expert with it. Add to that leaving the room etc. and there is no doubt in my mind that Murray is culpable. Just losing his license to practice is not sufficient imo.

Yea I see where you're coming from an that will probably be what gets him sent up but I see it as michael jackson wanted to get high or whatever that shit was doing to him (isn't it a anesthetic?lol) so he put murray into this predicament.I know murray didn't want him to die,he was making like 100k a day off mike.

And I need to change my guess lol,he might get the max allowed or pretty damn close to it cause mikes mom is pissed and she has every right to be but mike isn't innocent.
