Looks kinda like a yellow amanita...don't go by my ID. Means your soil is alive.

It's a mushroom....which is a fungus among us. Yes it looks like it is very wet and moist in your pot. Buds don't like mold...

I agreed with some posters about too much of moist in your medium...you dont have to follow the exact days of water...let it dry first so the mushroom will be gone within one week...you can make determine if those plants need water is check their weight pots..if its very light then water and if its kinda heavy or medium, dont water. Hope this will help.
