Mushrooms legal anywhere?

I've been growing shroomies for yeas and even have my own cultured strain I call Happy Buddha due to the awesome body effect they produce. I know spores are legal in most states, but where in the world are shrooms 100% legal?

I ask because I want to produce a growing video in HD for digital download and i want to open a company in that location to avoid prosecution. I dont want to go the gourmet shroom route because that's not what sells. Basically all the other videos I've watched or books I read had something wrong with the info or recipe and I figured I could make a few bucks and help make the community better. Your input would be most helpful.

back in the 80S? A cop followed us right into the pasture where we had bags full of liberty caps.
As long as the farmer diddnt say we were trespassing it was fine.
Until they were dry they weren't considered a controlled substance. That was straight from the cops mouth and he let us continue and left after his partner returned with the news that we weren't tresspassin.
Kind of weirded us wayyyyy out.

Not sure of the laws now.

Cool story man, Yeah i have a friend that said something similar.cops were way cooler back in the day and would even let you sleep off a drunk in your own car on the side of the road. Nowadays it's "go to jail do not pass go, and do not collect $200." By no means is this legal advice and please do you own research...but it seems that in Amerika spores are legal in all except 2-3 states for microscopy. California its legal to have spores unless they can prove you have intent to grow them.

New Mexico had court ruling where a man's house was searched for some reason and the cops found shrooms growing and charged him with drug trafficking. The man successfuly argued they where for personal use only and the judge sided with him and said personal use is acceptable and did not constitute drug trafficking and dismissed the case. Based on that I may open my company there, but I'd prefer another location where they are totally legal. That way I can shoot my film there to avoid retaliation from the unenlightened.... Sort of how all the old growing videos were shot in Holland or other places grass was decriminalized. Also, I wouldn't be surprised if some bunghole DA wouldn't still try to charge you for spores. That's why I posted this question.

my buddy(no longer here with us) he lived on the beach in Jamaica..he said they sold shroom milkshakes/icees at cabanas for 5 bucks that made you melt!
i know truffles are legal in alot of countries,and id check again on that california info..spores are illegal there,and i want to say Louisiana..maybe Arkansas..one of those lo country places..but im no counsellor..

sounds like me and the mis-layed fluff..had a book and it was supposed to be a half a book,so it was weak..i went around a show giving away half sheets to strangers!..thats karma.

Completely legal in the Netherlands and Brazil and Bulgaria.
