I crossed bred NL with some freebie indica seed and planted some of the crossed seeds. One of the plants started to grow in a symmetrical fashion in the first fan leaves then the top shot up. Think I had a mutant, anybody ever seen this?

i dont think it s mutant looks like its stetching for light. unusual that it happened to one node, but it can happen, that seedling in the back looks really stretchy too.

Naw, the mutant part is the bunch up, perfectly mirrored leaves. The other 9 plants look perfect

Interesting, but I have to agree with some. Stretching due to light.

Let us see her in a month.

It looks like its stretching for light. Some plants will not try and others will try to do it in weird ways.

So this plant def has two top nodes and I never topped it, the shoot that shot straight up is just a leave, no node, so no more "needs light" talk. I think it is a conjoined twin plant!

Def not light stretch. You've got yourself a freak there. I can see that the plant is 2 headed but does each side grow normally? Keep us posted on this creature, it would be cool to see 2 different phenos on the same stalk.

looks like it could be 2 different plants ... like a seed that sprouted later and the only pic he s got is one where the seedling would be in line behind the bigger plant, I want more pics!!

Here's a couple new photos, notice the perfect symmetry, like leaf for leaf, it is growing twice as good as the other 3 i planted of this indca NL cross strain.

Just put them into flower, well put them into flower a 2 weeks ago but plants started to look pretty sick after I switched the lights. I discovered like 7 days after the switch that my digital timer shit the bed and the light had been on the whole time. Second time this has happened. Some GE, Home Depot crap! So looking not to bad considering. This is the earliest I've ever put ones into flower but am interested in results. Been looking into a Sog grow, got two tents and a decent size clone box, anybody got any cons besides not seeing a nice big beautiful plant? I can only comfortably fit 4 plants that I've veg for 8 weeks (about 42") in the tent, yielding about 3.5 oz per plant?
