How does a person let something get that bad. ..seriously his growth is twice my weight ! !! I guess we Canadians do take our free medical care for granted...poor guy..daily life would of been torture for this guy ♡
 
That guy should get a penis reduction. Or donate some to the smaller men of the world. A woman's vagina doesn't get much deeper than 7-8 inches. That man needs his dick chopped down to 10 inches.
