My 1st indoor grow and not sure what strain!!

A buddy give me these seeds a while back and i started to grow indoor because i have this bad nerve disorder called rsd and tired of spending my money on some hay. Anyways this is my 1st grow and he said the strain was from dynomite not sure if it is but the crystals are amazing.

They have been in flowering since july 1st. do they look about right for this time frame? and if not may i get some suggestions. Sorry for the color of the pictures.

Medium=peat moss and perlite
fert=fish emultion

they look fine to me, looks like they could use more light though, what kind of light are you using? and how far away?

I am using just a 400w hps.
anywhere from 8-12" away

well i guess that will work but me personally, i would get a brighter bulb but your plants look good though. it just looks like from the pics that there isnt much light.

Thank you, i really would like to get a 600w, but that $65 more had to go to bills n stuff.

Anyone else have any thoughts? I can never get good colored pics of them.

dude looking really good man I am on my first grow and yours looks alot like mine I got a 150w hps about 6" from the top cola things are looking frosty almost @ week 8 still no orange hairs so I guess its a 11week sativa?? wish I had a camera to post pics but none =(
