Definitley gonna weigh again! Actually I gotta burp the jars so I'll weigh again today. Haven't weighed in a couple days. I'll post the weight and post a pic of all the jars today.

yea kl im looking at gotham hydro 180w blackstar ufo atm as a possible next buy, a friend of a friend has their 90w 2010 model so depending on how that preforms i might go for the one i mentioned or if that fails probably just double up on the cfls lol

HigH people. Quick update on the weight and the curing. Well it's been almost a week since the Onyx went in to jars and about 5 days for the EasyRyder. I have been burping them a couple times a day. Still got a green smell to them. I hope that changes soon! I want to smell some pungent ChroniC. A few days ago I weighed each jar and had a total of 5.4 oz. I weighed them last night and have a total of 5.2 oz. Still very happy with that total and will be if it drops some more! It has been a total success to this point. After this first grow, I am realizing my ability to self sustain and save my loot! That's what I'm talking about, not paying for medicine! That's what it's all about!! I am confident in saying that this first harvest has paid for the Supernova! I will be totally in the black after my next harvest. Dam now I want a bigger space! lol I know I'm still a rookie who has a lot to learn. Don't want to get over confident. Here are a couple pics of the jars of medicine. Thanks for following!

I'm going Led, didn't have major $ but got a 180W blackstar led from lighthouse hydro, still waiting on my seeds to arrive EasyRyder (picked before i read your journal, not a stalker i swear!) also got some freebies from attitude. think there from dutch...?

that 180w blackstar be sure what your getting if your getting the high output one like i just got its mainly for grow, not flowering, i knew this and already had all red led spotlights to supplement for flower. just wanted to make sure you knew what you were getting

According to this the ho can be used to flower, as well:

This is a new design for 2010 and has already gone through 2 upgrades with newer LED's coming online every few months. This is a great "all around" LED and is superior for Veg / Clone compared with the UV model. That said, it also a strong flowering model due to half of the LED's being 660nm/630nm Cree's which are the same used in the HO model.


Much better prices on these lights at Gotham Hydro.

Yes, but the the high output light that they recommend for vegging, can be used to flower, as well. According to their website.

HigH people! I've been MIA for a bit, it's the busy time of the year for me! Not much time to do anything but vape work vape and sleep. We'll I've been curing for a month now, and I am definitely glad I did. Both strains turned out killa. I did over dry some of the Onyx, but most came out good and still sit in the jars. The EasyRyder turned out KILLA! Really nice buds and bouquet. Both strains get me hella ripped! I have given samples of both strains to some friends and also to my fave dispensary. All I asked for was some honest feed back good or bad. Everyone loved it and was blown away by it! The dispensary loved the fact that I grew it LED style! I ended up with 5 ounces of CHRONIC medicine. Not bad for a rookies first ever grow! I would say it was a total success and I will be in the black after my next harvest! It sure feels good on payday not having to spend my hard earned loot on medicine! What an awesome feeling to grow and smoke your own medicine! Thanks to everyone for following, all the great advice, and kind words! Lmao @ all the LED H8RS!

I haven't tested it yet, just beginning to get fragrant enough around here. They quit making them, but I wish I'd bought a couple more for $16...they seem good enough for what I need. Can't find anything to compare.

Yeah she is my biggest fan lol. She had her first taste the other night. She took a couple tokes of the easyryder and was high as fuck.

LMAO, you guys are too much, haha, happy holidays, I'm loving my Christmas Trees man, stuff gets me so trippy high. It is sweet though, of the 7 or 8 grows I was watching, everyone had a great run and harvest with no major problems for the most part. Pretty good stats considering a few of us were new/first timers. Can't wait to see more from everyone, hope you guys enjoy this time of year, first time I have been able to in years. I can't wait for that new years blunt! Peace.
