they are getting pretty big now as you can see the pics from a few days ago. if i even stick my finger an inch into the soil i feel like im pushing through roots. it didnt used to be like that. is that a sign that they are getting too big for their pots? i wish i could get bigger ones for them for until i can sex them, but the pot upgrade is going to have to be held off until then..just no room. what do you think?

Heere we go. It's been a week since ive posted new pics so heres an update from today.

I've currently got 23 000ish lumens shining in the closet right now. 9 different 42 watt CFLs. I just bought two 400 Watt metal halide bulbs on ebay too! Which each put out 23 000 lumens of red spectrum light..would be GREAT for flowering..ill probably plug those in in april sometime. Or I might just stick to CFL this time and save those guys for next.

Also I'm thinking of adding another shelf halfway up the closet so i can grow 2 big females instead of just 1..it would up my yield by alot for sure but itd be tough to maneuver things up at the top of the closet (since it is 8 feet high at least).

Anyways what do you think?

do you think i should add another shelf to the closet and grow 2 females? or just stick to one. itd be some serious work to add another level to the closet and move all the lights around..plus id have to buy alot more lights cuz id have 2 seperate grows..literally on top of each other. think this is a good idea? im quite sure it would upp my yield in the end..but id have to buy quite a few more lights and stuff and itd be awkward/quite a bit of work

Those look really nice! They do look like fat little tanks lol. Good luck on the rest! :hump:

i only have one closet to grow in..so its either 1 plant or add another shelf and try to pull of 2 plants..one on top of the other

ok so i have officially added another shelf/level to the closet halfway up. i now have 2 plants on the top, and 2 on the bottom. it looks alot better, and less crowded. and even though i divided the lights up to the 2 seperate levels it really looks like the plants are actually getting more light than before because its so much less crowded and the bulbs themselves arent blocking the light from other bulbs to the plants. you'll see what it looks like in the new pics i'll take on the weekend

ive decided to begin 12/12 flowering this friday. the plants are all looking very green and healthy now and are about 1 foot tall each, but bushy. i can already see preflowers on my plants. i wish i had a camera good enough to show you these preflowers but unfortunately i dont..i know it seems ridiculous but it looks to me like every one of my plants has female preflowers! if they all turn out to be female i think i'll shed some tears of joy aha. anyways im going to add the last pics of veg before flowering later this week.
