Lol I have outdoor and big lights to flower with, but I just dont wanna use a hot and expensive MH anymore to veg small plants

Man this guy will not sell me the damn thing!! he is always putting it off. I am writing this guy off, and looking elsewhere. New ones can be had for $170 for the 4ft 8 bulb with bulbs in it.
