My 2nd Time Grow, With CFL's

use mg with like 20-12-18 for veg and 12-20-12 for flowering,i had no probs using mg at all,its the "poor mans" nutes that work great.

i think u honestly should do 12/12 to find out if theres goin to be girls and then u can clone and sog the clones,with the amount of light u got,u could spread it out evenly and get a nice yeild

i think one of my seeds are bad one is showin the root but the other isnt but i dunno i juss gotta wait a lil longer but i threw a other seed in germ juss in case i wanna have both of these grow at the same rate not one a week older than the other
 
it can take some time before they completely pop out of there jacket.

put the seedlings root vertical into the dirt

use like 50-50 soil to perlite,i found that the roots tend to develop quicker this way,it holds less water but the roots explode.

dont let anyone bash ur cfls,if u learn how to use them just right then u can stand in line with the bigboys. anyone can just baseline and use an hid and get a decent yeild but,its cooler and cooler with cfls,other ppl that u know and tell will be jaw droppingly amazed with how it looks,wit hids u got to worry about the heat all the time and u need a blower,witch is noisy,and it doesnt go hand in hand with being discreet,and hids give out a higher heat signiture that can be picked up on thermal radiation detectors easier(they use them to check for hot spots with wiring,and when they see a higher signiture it will start turning heads and asking questions.u can get one at lowes,i need one but no real rush)
 
i`ve been growing a while and my whole current grow will be done with 23 watters. they work quite well to learn, i still use them
 
yeah my the seed that i thought was bad has truned completly black but the shell is cracked and looks like the root wants to pop out but its not imma have to throw that other one in some soils as soon as i get home
 
ok i threw my germ seeds in soil the one to the left is starting on day 2 still no sprout and the one on the right is starting on day 3 still no sprout did wat u said 50/40/10 soil/perlite/vemiculite hopin to see the one on the right sporout tommarow the 2nd and 3rd pics are of wat my grow room looks like so far i only have 6 of my lites in there because it creates to much heat evenm with juss those five it got up to 92.3f in there with no intake fan or exaust the 3rd 4th and 5th pics are of where im thinkin of makin my intake/exaust holes first pic is by the widow 2nd on the left side and the 3rd on the right side i was thinkin of cardboarin my window up since its pretty small and makin a hole in the crad board and puttin my fan right there so it would blow nice cool air in thru the top and puttin my other fan at the bottom blowin on my plants and leavein the part un-zipped so the air would go out or still cardboardin my window up going to menards and buy that metal lookin shit to make me a vent from outside and tape it up to my fan and make the hold on the left side wit my fan on ther other side blowin cold air out 6th pic are of the fans of 2 fans imma use and the last pic is how i got my shit setup

i have it germin still paper towl/bowl method its been in there for 5 days i think its cracked and looks like the root wanted to come out but it juss stoped AND WUSSUP BOOOONzzz
 
throw it in dirt now. you dont wait for the tap root to come out. as soon as the seed cracks open put in the dirt. mine did the same thing, i was expecting more. i called my seed guy and he said dont let it sit in the water more than 24 to 36 hours.
 
here they better end up looking like this one. this will be your goal th achieve. lol just kiding, thought i`d show you guys a real bud. hope you dont mind.

the bud looks nice,eventhough the yellow leaves are bad,it adds contrasting colour and makes the bud more vibrant and radiant
