...and very nice too, they are in Jiffy peat pucks I think, which can be difficult if allowed to dry out, did you keep them sprayed for the first 24 hours?

That's pretty cool. I'm on my first home grow right now. If the Sour OG girls come out good I'm definitely going to look forward to my first time attempt at cloning! Cool post + pic ++

They're not called Jiffy Peat Plugs, they're Root It Rooting Sponges.
They come already moist with sachets of First Feed and Rooting Gel.

I have kept them moist by spraying them with the leftover soak mixture - and I sometimes pour a little into the tray.

I have just got a Wilma 20 (20 x 6.5lt pots) to use for vegging
then they'll go into my Wilma 9 ( 9 x 18 litre pots)
I need another Wilma 9 but cannot afford until after the crop.

patience is the only thing you need to add to the root its, the more water you add the longer they will take to grow roots and the more chance they have of going to mould, do you have a dome lid?

This is a picture with the lid on.
It's not a DOME but it is the usual propagator type lid.

Sorry about picture quality - Intensity of light is causing strobing.
