My 9 day old is having problems

My 9 day old's leaves started drooping on me yesterday and the tips of the all the leaves are dry feeling to the touch.There is a tiny tiny bit of yellow on one leave tip, but other than that it's green,green, and more green...

I'm fairly certain that I idiotically over-watered the poor thing, but my question is, is this plant dieing on me?, or is it just stressing pretty hard?

I'm actually using your "marijuana buds for less" book and everything was going great until the temps got a little high, and she got a little dry.I then gave here more water than I should've...

But...so from what you can tell in my crappy pictures, you don't think she's on her deathbed, but just under the weather and will recover?

Well chances are if the leaves are drooping then you overwatered but i could be wrong. All in all my friend your plant looks healthy. I wouldnt worry just give it some tlc and youll be just fine.

It's nice to hear that the drooping isn't anything to panic over just yet.But what about the ends where the leaves are drooping feeling dried out? That's not anything to panic over yet either?

Just started getting worried because she was growing like crazy and then all of the sudden she starts drooping and hasn't seen much, if any growth, the past couple days...

But I just gotta chill a little and take it as it comes...

So...here i am at day 18 and my plants still growing weird...
I posted in the "Marijuana plant problems" forum but haven't been able to get much help, so I was wondering if any of you fellow CFLers could help...

My 18 day old plant is growing somewhat slow. It has barely branched out and its leaves are growing in a very compacted and intertwined way. It doesn't seem to be from stretching. Some of the leaves are very dry feeling, almost paper like. The plant looks a little droopy too. There are also small rusty colored specks on a few leaves. The stem looks green but has some weird gray film attached to it. I water the plant when the soil is dry to the touch after sticking my finger 2-3inches deep. Is this something to be worried about? And if so, any ideas on what's causing it and how remedy it? Grow room stats and pics below (Sorry for poor quality.. its a web cam):

Strain: NL#5XBigBud
Light: 5 26watt 6500k CFL's
Age: 17 days at 24hr veg
Medium: Miracle Grow (Only thing I can find in area)
Water: Bottled water at PH7
Temps: 80-90F (Above 90 on occasion)
Fan on medium blowing at lights/plant
Co2 via yeast/sugar in bottle

Looks good man. Only thing i suggest is buying some of this Fox Farm Ocean Forest Potting soil and getting rid of that miracle grow. You can get it no matter where you live in the united states. Alot of hydro stores sell it but if not then just get it for $16 from here.

Wanna trade? I've kept up on your grow journal, our babies being similar in appearance and age and all, and your plant sure does look healthier than mine...

Looks like next grow I'll have to put a little money into it as MG seems to be a real bully to seedlings...

To tell you the truth dude i am getting pissed about the growth of mine. At 20 days i expect my plants to be bigger than they are. One of them isnt even 3 inches tall. Im gunna flower at 4 weeks = 28 days like im supposed to. Their not gunna be very much bigger than they are now and if i get a female, which i probably won't, then it won't yield very much. I think my biggest mistake was getting my lights too close to the plants for so long that now their just short little stubs. Idk maybe im too critical. Iv been raising the lights so that they start lifting verticaly. Hopefully that helps things.

Of course...Well that explains why my plants are also so short and condensed...

I've had the lights, and lots of them, an inch or less from the plants and that explains its tiny stature and clusterf*ck of leaves.(3inches high/6 inches wide). Why would a plant waste the energy of branching out and growing upward if it was getting all the light it needed without have to work a little.I'm gonna raise them and make these plants work a little for light...

Out of curiosity, why are you going to flower at 28 days no matter what?

I'm going to wait until I can get them big enough to make it worth while even trying to flower...

PH in your soil is wacked I bet, MG is junk. PH'ed water wont help ph wacked soil. Repot them to SCOTTS potting soil ASAP, it is neutral and inexpenssive. Cut it with about 1/3 perlite. Dont feed em for the first 3-4 weeks either.

Plant looks very werid, shoulf be alot taller. Almost worth geting some more going right now anyway. The plant needs height to branch out and make good strong brances (bud sites)

Because their gunna be the size i want them to be at. By the time they finish flowering they should grow 3 times in size and if their 6-8 inches tall then im probably gunna end up with something around 20". Which is what i want.

The problem is I live out in the middle of no where so I've only got a few stores and so far all I've been able to find is MG. I can get it online but its $40 shipping alone. I'm considering flushing the soil if it'd help.. what do you all think?
