Thanks! Yeah, the Amare side is fattening up now.
Got brave here & put the lenses on the Pro-4 @ only 28". Less on the tallest bids to the lens. Victor suggested 36", which makes sense seeing how these cobs are running much brighter then most.
I like what I see. My spacing ended being perfect with an exact footprint & cross overlap.

This is the Kings plant directly under the Pro-4. image.jpgSee what I mean about the footprint. Perfect fit! The only wasted light is on the ends cuz I had to squeeze her in there. All good though.
I checked between the 3 Cobs. It's 1' down when they begin to overlap. I'd imagine this thing has stupid high par readings.

Fucker. Now that the plants can breath over there on the Amare side. I noticed the Flo over there fattening up quite a bit more the the one over here. They went in just about equal & the HH has had more light till now. But not quality light which we saw last run made all the difference in the world. Hoping for better results this run w/ added white all around it. Yeah, seems better but not good enough. I almost put the other Pro-4 up in its place. To do so would be more work then I currently have time for as I wouldn't hang it from one piece of strapping in the ceiling which runs that direction. I know for a fact 400 watts of high powered Amare is waaaaayyyyy better then 535 + all the extras of this HH.
Either way, here they are.
Hit the whole room w/ Apocolypse after finding 2 mites on this Flo. Good timing cuz I don't like doing it past this point in the grow. Didn't need to do everything, just went crazy w/ it & figured it would be the last preventative measure. image.jpgimage.jpg

They are both killing it to be honest. Just wish I had the Pro-4 from the beginning of the grow.
If I did, there'd be 2 , Pro-4's hanging & the SE-450. Which would've been perfect w/ one Amare light for each plant.
But I'm lucky to have them now & things should be fattening up soon.
Next grow will be sick. I promise you that.
Remember, they're all differant strains.
The only 2 lights that share the same strain is the Amare & HH both have 1 Flo (by DJ:Short) that both went in almost exactly the same size.
All good strains here from what I can see.
I have a few of them in the HPS room right now.

Just wanted to show everyone that the Kings Kush under the Pro-4 w/ lenses on @ only 26"-28" is loving it. image.jpgI have the same plant directly under 1000w HPS & it's only inches from the glass doing great. So, I figured it could handle the intensity & it is. Got a lil stand up oscillating fan on the right of it on a chair to keep it moving too.

One thing I'm Kind've upset about is not switching out the HH for the other Pro-4 like I think Zep-lover suggested earlier.
It's just more work then you'd think w/ residential ceilings. I wouldn't be able to mount it to the existing support for the HH cuz it would need to be facing the other direction perpendicular to the support.
That would mean it would be in only one peice of ceiling strapping & I'd have to find the collar-ties, which the only one I successfully found was the one the HH support is screwed into now. That would be center of the Pro-4.
If it wasn't such a messy & hassle procedure w/ my broken foot, I'd deffinetly do it.
The Amare Flo plants buds are now getting way bigger then the HH, once again. The added white did not make the difference I was hoping for. So, I'm looking at losing 8-12 oz. if I had to guess do to stupidly using the HH.
I may just go for broke n do whatever it takes to switch em out. One thing I know for certain is that 400w of Amare will yield me hella lot more then the 535w of HH w/ added white of approx 17w (spot light), 40w (Utility-Tech) & the 100w from the outside Cloak blade.
Fuck Hydroponics Hut for selling me this light & telling me it will "Exceed the growth rate of the sun itself". Lying, cheating, dirty rat bastards. They could've at least accepted the return when I told them I was so displeased. Lost over $2000 in harvested material last run from it. I should've swapped it for the Pro-4 the day I installed the other one.

The pro3 uses 3070's driven 60 watts I believe and the pro4 uses 3590's driven at 100 watts. Coverage is 2x4 and pro4 is 2.25x4

No, that's covering a small light leak on the left side while still letting the intake breath. These things break down quick if you cover them directly or suffocate it.

Pro-4' is at 26" high w/ lenses covering 2.5x4.5, but I'll double check that.
W/O lense it covers allot. 3'x5' probably @ 24".

Pro-3 = 32"
-300w
-HO version available (68-72w I think) 3070's
Pro-4 = 36"

People used to jump on my shit for growing w/ Amare & SunCloak. Till I realized they are them & I am me. Almost all of them had no grow or light. Soooo, didn't really mean much to me any more when they had all these opinions.
But every member contributes In his/her own way. Some think harassing to find something to debate about is their way. Others just think they know it all.
Many are mad cool though. I'd say most are mad cool. And even the ones that aren't, shouldn't be taken personally.
Take it from me, I'm a controversial figure around here since I decided not to lay down n take shit from NG's. But you know what, they all went away & do not bother me anymore. Not that they ever did really. Just kept me on my toes, which wasn't even a bad thing.
Also, sometimes when someone calls you or I out on your shit, maybe they got a point. It's always good to consider both sides. Either way, stay n keep doing whatchu you do Airwalker. You grow journal & thays more then what 75% of these guys do. It's allota work & takes big balls to put your grow on display for others to gain or learn something. Shit, all kinds of stuff could happen during a grow that's difficult to deal w/, but we do it publicly.
My very first journal I got spider-mites after not seeing them for over a year. I dealt w/ it. That's what we do as growers. Sure, some clowns came on my thread telling me I'm a shitty grower cuz I got the mites. Well, that's cuz they don't grow. Others said I was poisoning my patients w/ Neem when I sprayed to rid the mites. Well, that's cuz they never had thousands on the line & also don't grow. Or they're know my methods were as safe as they come.
But that's not stopping me from sharing the truth. And it shouldn't stop you either.

I just stepped outside this and got a shit reply from a vendor today.- this place is like a fucking disease. Gave someone credit and asked a question. U know the key to success as a buisness owner is being friendly and helpful. The reply was useless. That's the chance to win a customer over and it was blown. That's riu. Then the other guy, I swear he is one spoiled little bitch. I was the first and you all came in after me shit. Everything out of his mouth is a cocky attitude. I really hate this place myself. Grow autos and have the best time with real people over on afn. Here I can't even get a mod to answer me back after 7 replies. Legitimate questions.
