Where I'm from, I am not able to get foxfarms , oceanforest soils. This is the best I could do. Any gurus out there can help me out to improve my soil? I've been using this on a few of my autos, and it's growth is really slow. They're in their 10 week from seed yet. I'm a total newbie so any help would be greatly appreciated.

It looks pretty compacted, some perlite would definitely help it out some. Other than thati dont know what to tell you.. you’ll probably have to get you some nutrients aswell.
Hows your ph??
I didn't measure the pH levels of the drainage water. But intake water it's 5.5-6.5

Get some dry amendments like gaia green 4-4-4 and some earth worm castings. Get some perlite as well. Top dress, then continue top dressing every couple weeks.

What is your light source? I agree with the previous responses, but that small at 10 weeks, I'd be surprised if soil was your only issue....

The soil also looks very wet. Assuming you watered immediately before taking that photo? Do the pots have adequate drainage?

It has hole underneath, drains well. Right after watering the water starts to drain. Yes, I took the picture after watering. Light source is the sun. Hahaha, nothing else. Gets direct sun from 11.30am - 4pm otherwise, indirect sun. I didn't feed too much. I read autos don't like nutes.

Add 50% Sphagnum peat moss. Your roots aren't getting enough O2.

My brother is unable to get vermiculite and he finely crumbles some styrofoam up and mix’s in and works pretty good also

If that’s an auto at 10 weeks I would rip up and start again. Auto should be close to done in 10 weeks

If you want to try to save those, I’d mix up a 1:1:1 peat:perlite:compost/ewc mix, add rock dusts if you can and very lightly amended with a good nitrogen source like kelp, and transplant into that, then feed by top dressing or something similar when needed. For your next runs, consider mixing up a larger batch of soil with a bit more amendments and then let it ‘cook’ at least a month before using. There’s lots of recipes around - go for something super basic to start.

Agree with that aeration looks like it’s is an issue - You can tell by looking at the surface that there isnt nearly enough aeration material like perlite. Don’t add vermiculite - this is to help retain water, not to add aeration
