okay, since i am taking a ripping for not posting the pic of the rest of the lady here is is on the bottom. this was taken about 2 years ago. the handsome devil on the right is some right wing lunatic

the pic was on film and i had to scan and paste so quality is a poor.

to keep this political, when we started dating she was the absolute farthest left leaning woman you ever met. then i came along and she realized she was actually conservative and didnt even realize it.

in other words, i reprogrammed her with a diet of poison apples and a wrist watch waved 4 inches from her face. i even used to write notes and put them under her pillow...."you must repent, you must repent, the libs are the devil the libs are the devil, dick cheney loves you, dick cheney loves you". that shit really works

dated up....i wasnt dumb enough to get married again.

Hahah! I understand. 23 years married here.... but we were a bit sneaky. We did the church service for the parents...but never filed the paperwork with the state. Best of both worlds....everyone was happy.

apparently you are way way way more intelligent than me. i did it by the numbers to the letter of the law. worst of both worlds and now nobody is happy

I was with my wife's Dad & Mom visiting her hometown where they still lived. We had been "married" for 7 years or so. He had some business around town so I accompanied him gladly, we really got along famously. For some reason after lunch he had to stop at the records division for one of my wife's sisters. While he was looking up her records, he noticed that everyone's marriage certificate was listed except ONE ...

Time heals all....he laughed heartily once I clued him in. They all knew we were made for each other by that time...no one cared.

Very nice. Beautiful lady you got there, her eyes are killer, as well as the rest of her lol.

Gutsy of you to post a face shot here, Jeff... and it is very pleasing to the eye. I don't do it simply because I don't feel like having 50 people scolding me for it. I posted the original shot (i.e., full size) for my avatar once when someone asked me about the avatar, and I got several replies telling me how "dangerous" it is here at RIU, etc. Mind you, it's only a profile of my face, and my growing is kept within my state's laws anyway!

I did put up a pic of myself as well on a thread since closed. An acceptable calculated risk, but nothing as obvious as Jeff. Then again, I live in a Gestapo state.
