Minimal spices but some damn good food if you're into ethnic foods like I am. Damn I'm getting hungry thinking about Africa and Ethiopa in particular. Went to a B52's, Berlin, OMD concert at the Oregon Zoo last summer and was sitting next to an Ethiopian food vendor. I ate some of what they had and was completely blown away. The food was delicious. Full of flavor and spicy but not too spicy as to ruin the meal. I still think about that food to this day.Africa.

I love some heat to my food. Although as you said some make spicy food just spicy for the sake of spicy spice without imparting flavour!

Oh crap. There's a Taco truck a few blocks down the street. I'm tempted to walk down there and get some but I'm not going to because I have all the ingredients to make them myself. Progress 3//Feb to 24/Feb, no special lighting no chemicals addedI've never heard of that soil before or seen a soil consistency like that being used in any grow before.
But I did a quick Google search and it informed me that this is very rich in nutrient medium.
Though the consistency of it still has me a little concerned for drainage and air for the roots. And the roots are going to have to work twice as hard to push through that material versus a hydro set up where it basically has nothing to push through. I personally would add a crap ton of perlite.
But I shouldn't give advice for something I've never grown in. I'm very curious to see how these progress I will be following along.
