My baby is sad... too much/ little water?

What would you do for a plant that looks like this? Was looking fine and healthy, then over the last couple days has gotten so sad (around the same time the lights got switched to 12/12). My assumption is that it's a watering issue, but I don't really know.

Soil feels dry a few knuckles in. Plants have gotten a spritz of water each morning (trying not to over water).

HALP!

If your pot is as light as a feather (which it would be if you’re more than one knuckle deep and still dry) then you need to water until full saturation.

Can you please show more pictures of the entire plant and give all the details of how you are growing, indoor, outdoor, soil, coco, hydro, nutrients, age of plants, etc.. that will make it easier to help :peace: :D :weed:

Indoor grown in soil. I gave it a Jobe's houseplant fertilizer spike in the soil when transplanted from seedling and have been doing plain water (if i do this again, I'll probably just do nutrients in water to have more control on that) She's about 60 days old and 3 days into 12/12 light schedule.

(Note: go easy on me... I have a black thumb when it comes to plants and this has been a learning curve)

Stop spraying this isn't a seedling anymore the plants need a good drink then a good dry wait until you feel no moisture then give a full saturation of the soil with a little bit of run offto ensure that everything is saturated

Thanks! (And to everyone else too). Sounds like too much AND too little water is the issue. Gonna soak and leave her alone for a bit and see how that goes.
