Infinity sells filters as well. I have an infinity and also an IOBIONICS , both 4 inch and both work great. The IOBIONICS is sold in a kit with ducting and a filter together. The only difference is the Infiniy is much quieter and much more expensive. If noise is not a big issue you could go that route and save a few bucks. Those are on the Canadian Amazon, I am sure you could source them from the American Amazon or Ebay.

Ahh yeah, noise isn't much of an issue for us so saving some bucks could be appealing. Is there a US equivalent to Iobionics?

Had the same issue, work for myself but had a meeting with NZ Customs in the afternoon , in the morning I was in the grow room working away (9 x Cindy 99 going strong), at the meeting was the local policeman who I new personally as we grew up in the same street. he said after the meeting-You must have some fantastic plants growing because you smell of strong cannabis...... he suggested wearing paper overalls at all times in the rooms, he was saying this is how they catch alot of growers - (mainly young guys) .....He is not a cop any more hes in a wheel chair .. Also if in the 4 x 4 room I would use a 8-10 inch fan/filter turned down low (EC fans are better for this hooked up to Inkbirds )- I exhaust mine via a roof vent/exhaust with a blow back joiner to stop smells /breeze from blowing back in ( this is a must in my view)

I have a 4x4 tent and a 4" works perfectly fine. The exhaust is dumped into the same room, no smell. Heck the exhaust hits the back of my head as I sit at my desk in the mornings but still no smell. An 8 or 10 inch is way overkill for that space and the filers are ridiculously expensive in comparison. Don't get me wrong, bigger is better and quieter but if you just need to get the job done the kits I recommended, and use myself, will work fine. As for Cindy 99, that's awesome, love that strain. Got any pics?

I've been using Phresh filters for years. They are very expensive now so I went with another copycat company called Terrabloom. They pretty much have the same charcoal and thickness as the Phresh but $50 cheaper. I thought they were american made but it says on the box "made in china".
Infinity has a similar filter but is thinner with cheaper charcoal and much cheaper @ $80 for the 8 x 24. The Phresh is $175 and the Terrabloom is $125.
I will hook them up this week and the testing will begin.

It's kinda funny...I lost most of my sense of smell years ago and it's got to be really pungent for me to smell anything. Growing inside for 15 yrs, ya get used to it anyway....my wife, on the other hand is my blood-hound and we were surprised when someone sniffed her out for the slight skunk of her winter coat...it was either buy a new bloodhound, new coat or febreeze.Dude aint no febreeze gonna cover this stench....and then there's the weed smell ...
