IS FUCKING AMAZING!!!
Never met her, because he lives in Thailand and works in Hong Kong. But she creates and designs desserts in one of Gordon Ramsey's restaurants there.
HOLY SHIT!!!! So happy my brother finally found a KEEPER! I don't think I have these in the right order at all, but here are her creations AND the descriptions....
1) TIRAMISU
2) Panna Cotta Mille-feuille, Pistacchio Sabayon, Mandarin Sorbet
3) Molten Chocolate Cake with Caramel Jelly, Vanilla Ice Cream
4) Chocolate Ball, Burnt Honey Ice cream ( Fresh oranges, Chocolate Foam, Cocoa Granola)
5) Lemon Tart, Blueberry Meringue Stick, Lime Sorbet
6) Poached Figs with Rose Jelly, Honeyed Mascarpne, Blueberry Sauce
7) WONDERLAND - our signature dessert ( Cotton Candy, Home-made Mashmallow, Coloured Meringue, Macaroon, Edible Flowers) P.S I got the inspiration for this dessert by a novel Alice in The Wonderland
8.) Except the bottom shelf of savoury canapes, the sweet confectioneries are my design. Afternoon Tea.
