My bud leaves are turning yellow at the edges, do I really need to flush?

wait, this whole thread doesnt make any sense. why are you asking if you need to flush if you have made up your mind? this sounds like a classic case of "only listening to what you want to hear"

dont mj plants just do it naturally anyway,when they do killer bud boost at the end,i mean,they dont really need them that much anymore,and its surely the easier source of 'food/energy' for them to get

Yo whats up everyone! I have a few questions here...1st how do you know when to harvest? My plant has been looking the same for about a week now with about 70% pistil color (orangish). Pretty much all of the pistils on top of all the colas, especially the main cola are still white. It has been about 70 days from seed and I'm just freaking out about when to cut it down. I have the book by SeeMoreBuds "grow 8 oz's of bud for less than $100" and he stopped watering his plant about 10 days before harvest. Now, he was using photoperiod seeds when I am using autoflower (easy ryder). I'm just kinda using the book as a guide. The problem is that I am still watering the plant at 70days when he actually stopped at day 59. I would of stopped with the watering 10 days before day 70-75 but like I said I'm only using the book as a guide an really didn't pay attention to that part about him giving the plant the last of water. I'm wondering if that has anything to do with the pistils changing color, like if i stopped giving the plant water, will it make those pistils turn the orange I'm looking for (I know not the whole plant needs to turn orange only about 80%-85% but still want those pistils on the top of the colas to turn)? It exactally day 72 today and I stopped the water and was going to give it about 5 more days to see if the pistils will turn for me. I'm pretty sure that I'm safe with leaving it in there for a bit longer but it has been about a week and not much pistil color has changed on the plant. What do you guys think, this is my 1st grow by the way. Also, by touching the plant, can the THC get in your system because I have a test today and dont want to fail because its been about a month since I last smoked and didn't want there to be some way the THC to get in my system by touching it haha. Thanks!
