I'm on day 5 of the flush and my buds have started displaying this weird discoloration and it's spreading fast and getting worse. Can anybody help me identify the problem please?

So it's normal? I haven't seen other peoples sugar leaves and buds themselves getting this discoloration from flushing

"During the flush before harvest, your plant can lose its green color very quickly. Although it's normal to see some amount of yellowing before harvest, it's important to harvest before the sugar leaves on the buds themselves have turned yellow. "

Fuck should I harvest now? On day 5 of flush?
How are you flushing? Plain water? Why? Are you going off an old school hippy grow guide? Flushing can flush away important nutrients from your medium especially at the end of flowering. What you're seeing is the plant struggling to uptake proper nutrients. I wouldn't chop yet.

If flushing is a myth why is some weed harsh and tastes bad while other weed is smooth and amazing taste? Not arguing, just curious.

It's week 9 of flowering and my trichomes show it's ready, I'm flushing with water yes. What do you recommend is the proper way to do it?

I just water with plain water the last couple waterings unless the plant looks like it needs to feed. I used to be worried more about tasting my nutrients after harvest because I know exactly what you're talking about but after years of testing I've never really noticed nutrients in the end flavor.
I don't use MG or any heavy duty nutes so maybe this is why. Either way I wouldn't flush. I've tried flushing, I've tried feeding up to, and I've tried ending with just water. What I've learned is more to just go off what the plant is saying, but I don't flush anymore. Most of the time it just caused deficiencies. All of this is my opinion of course but based off of years of growing.
