My bugs are fluffy how can I get them dense??

ok here's the deal. I have a 600w hid and a 400 a hid I'm using the areo20 hydro unit to grow which is great. My ? Is y are my nugs so fluffy? My ph is around 5.5 my room temp is about 72 degrees. Can any help with some info... Umm I've tried co2 did not work any advise would awesome thx

I saw an picture of a bud that had been given molasses, the bud was almost twice the size.....Maybe someone else has more info... check in FAQ for any molasses advice

Tried molasses really doesn't do much... Can I get some people that no what their talking about.... Cause I've posted like3 posts about this and all I get is use molasses I've gotten a lot of help of this site exceptfor this.. So yea potheads let's help me out

grow a new strain..

What are you growing? I'm growing 4 completely different bag seeds. A couple have super dense rock-hard nuggies and others are kinda spungy but getting harder as it nears its end. I think it really has a lot to do with strain. I know Indica plants tend to have tighter, denser buds. Are you keeping the lights as close as possible? mine are 12-13" from the tops (not a cool tube).

I would put it off to phenotype. My friend grew an AK strain that always had fluffy buds. If your plant is towards the sativa side that might contribute to the fluffy buds too.
