My CFL Setup In A Garbage/Rubbish Bin

I live on my own so growing in secret isnt much of a big deal. However, im only looking to grow 1 or 2 plants for a hobby/experiment.

Im using 2 x 30watt CFLs (equiv. 2 x 150watts, each bulb puts out 1500 lumens, colour temp 6500k)
xBox 360 intake fan
PC fan extractor fan
Rubbish bin inlaid with mylar
Digital thermometer mounted to front shows inside temp is 31℃

Currently about 2 weeks in, 18/6 cycle. Growing "Mayday Express" from some Amsterdam Seed Center.

Any advice or recommendations would be welcome.

Nice innovation..keeps those lights an inch above the plant and switch to flower in 2 weeks so they stay small.
You may want to go to 42w 2700k bulbs in flower for better yield

This grow went well. My first ever grow so i learned from it. Due to newbie mistakes such as keeping it too small, not using a SOG technique I ended up with about 10 joints worth. However, this was completely due to me, not the garbage can itself. I'd definitely use this method again if i wanted a little stealth grow. I'm now on my second grow using a 100cmx50cmx50cm grow tent and proper set up.
