my clones wont flower after 3 weeks 12/12

Please help!!!!
I have an indoor closet set up. closet A has my caramelicious mother and 4 clones/plants and cloner machine with 18/6 MH 400W lighting. closet B is my flower closet with 12/12 400W HPS lighting and 4 clone/plants. MY PROBLEM IS THIS : this is my first grow with clones and after 8 weeks at 1ft tall each i put them into flower 12/12. no light gets into my closet and i have exhaust fans and irrigation system all on timers. my strain, i beieve, is caramelicious. i took clippings from a 1 week flowering female. sorry if i have confused anyone but my plants are almost 5ft and if they dont flower soon i will run out of room. thanks guys.

sounds like they are doing the preliminary stretch, which can take up to four weeks. at four weeks into flower you should start getting "afro's". 4 weeks after that you'll see nice bud formation, and 2-4 weeks after that, they'll plump and and ripen.

patience and potency are practically synonymous ;)

my clones took forever to start flowering.....i was worried also...a few days after my post, i saw my clumps of pearly whites ;-) they will come....when they do, it will happen quickly.

ive read that stress can delay flowering also. my plants went purple for a few days when i changed to 12/12 hps in different closet. its been three weeks and two days since 12/12 and still new leaves growing. also, i went straight from MH 18/6 to HPS 12/12 with no darkness period in between. would that effect them? is it possible for my plants to never bud? thanks heaps for the info guys, i will try not to stress. i have only ever grown one plant in my closet and it was from a seedling.(looked indica, excellent weed, beautiful smoke!!) within four days there was obvious bud formation and white pistals e.t.c. why are these clones so different? cheers.

there should be no stress from halide to hps switch. Purple huh? cold in their at night? stress will delay anything growth wise. I think as long as your plant is alive it will flower. I planted a seedling in the woods, it grew an astounding 3 inches tall! and it flowered.....it was a male though.....if you want to try, you can shut the lights off 24-48hrs and see if that jump starts them, but you risk further stress if they are indeed stressed....no picture? are you sure there is no light getting in when lights are off?

yes he should.i start useing bud blood 1weekb4 switching to 12/12. the the 2 week in floweri stop my bud blood and contiue feeding w/ big bud and super bloom.

interesting! i was told to NOT use bloom nutes until flowers appear...was i steered wrong here?

ya i waz just kiden. i have only waterd 1 time b4 harvest and had the best tasting buds around. now my friend can harvest his shit useing the same nutes that i do and flush for a week or so and his shit tastes so bad. and im sure its related to no air flow in his basement. his plants all taste the same and they are diffrent srains.

i knew you wuz! asshole lol

yeah there is a lot of factors i think....and even pending the nutes you are using...i use the very minimum and think thats why....it uses it all up before i harvest.

hey guys i have the same problem im growing granddaddy purple from seed my plant has been i veg for 3 months the plant looks beautifull has been showing white hairs for a while now but now that its been in 12/12 for 3 weeks it hasnt showned any signs of budding i am ussing a 180watt ufo led illuminator any help here? oh ps. and my plants pot stays moist for long periods of time so i water once a week sometimes a week and a half could that be a reason it hasnt flowered?
