My Cuttings aren't Rooting

Can any1 help me? I took some cuttings over 2weeks ago now and put them into my medium. I used rooting gel and misted them! I have a 60wt light over them and i have changed the cycle to 18/6. THEY JUST DONT SEEM TO BE ROOTING! I dont think they have grown any either except for maybe a couple of new shoots coming through the tops. :-?

Thanks for the reply and i have looked through the list of stuff! Do you think they may still root or do you think they are dead?

I just had some clones take 2 and a half weeks to root, think mine took so long because of the colder weather in my area. But they have all rooted now and perked up alot

What medium are you using? Do you trim off leaves when making cuttings? Do you scratch off some of the stem skin before applying the root hormone? Do you split the end of the stem? Are the leaves turning yellow with black spots on them? Is the stem mushy or still quit strong?

well lets see they cant be dead if you said

a couple of new shoots coming through the tops

this and dead dont go together good luck some take 3 to 4 weeks

what type of light are you using? when you took the cuttings was your plant in veg or flower? got any pics?

just give it time, i had a clone look like death for a mopnth with no growth then it just started to go

Hi every1, i took the cuttings whilst in veg! I am using peat pellets and the stem is still strong. This is my first time taking my own cuttings i usually get them already rooted so still new to all this! I will try and upload sum pics but the leaves arent turnin yellow! I have heard that cutting half the leafs off helps, is this true? Thanks Everyone!

Cloning took me a few times and I went to grow class.It happens Here's what works for me.Bought a dome 7.50, rapid rooters.And I tape around the dome to get a good seal.Hope this helps good luck cloning.Oregon024And always give clones 24 hrs a day of light.
