My day today.... at McDonalds LOL WTF

So I work a job graveyard full time from 11pm-7am and then afterwards head straight to the McDonalds across the street to work part time 7 hour shifts though. Anyways I just started like 3 days ago, and they didn't even train me to do shit really and I'm fucking taking orders and making a bunch of stupid McFucking smoothies and ice creams and mcfuckin flurries and oatmeal and all this bullshit. Well its not bullshit til there is about 30 people in line on a fucking Sunday and people are still rolling on in/// talking shit that I look high or whatever but really my eyes are just red for being tired and not sleeping... its my 3rd day and they leave me alone to fucking do all this shit by myself with 2 managers and another person there all cooking/drive thru... and thats it.. WTF?

so this one douche bag comes up to me after he gets his order and is like "CAN I FUCKIN GET MORE FRIES THAN THIS MAN COME ON?"

i say "dude i am fuckin shorthanded here, just started my 3rd day here... and we got fuckin 4 people here/// if you want more fries fuckin here u go.." i grab a handful of fries and throw them in his bag... with just my hands no sleeve for the fries..

"let me fuckin talk to your manager" as i point at my manager cookin in the back.. i say " this douche bag right here wants to talk to you"

manager comes up to customer and writes down the main boss name and number and is like "im sorry sir have a nice day"

i intervene and say "IM NOT.. HAVE A SHITTY DAY SIR, I HOPE YOU CHOKE ON YOUR FUCKIN FRIES OR GO INTO CARDIAC ARREST YOU FUCKIN HARDASS"

there was literally 30ish people there and 20 of them were laughing histarically.. some of them were like "you are doin fine man, that guy was an asshole dont worry about it"

i was expecting one of the 2 managers to say something... but literally didn't say shit of the incident... they are short on people and no one is applying to mcdonalds so i guess they dont want to lose anotehr worker...


next thing you know it gets a little better but they say i can leave at 1:30 so i was like thats fine with me... they tell me i got break at 11:00

I GOT NO BREAK LOL... AND THEN ITS FUCKIN 2:48 and my former high school basketball coach walks in and there is a shit tonnnnn of people there..

i got to the point cause people were ordering fuckin so many drinks and milkshakes and coffees and what not.. i just started telling people "we dont serve ice cream, smoothies, or iced coffees or specialty drinks right now sorry" LOL without my boss's permission

anyways my former coach is like hey i thought i ordered a wrap instead of a burger.. and i was like hey dude you gotta fix this order right here.. and while he was there i said " you kno what, i was supposed to be off an hour and 15 minutes ago.. and i dont really give a fuck if you guys let me go or what not, but i need some fuckin sleep. i got another job to work graveyard at, and im not going to go be unproductive at that job for this bulllllshit" peace out" *chunked up the deuce* and left

i'm still going to come in tomorrow maybe.. but that shit was just fuckinnn dumb.

honestly dont give a shit how my people skills are.. dont be a little bitch about getting a small fuckin fry and there being little amount of fries.. that is what a SMALL fry is.

and if they fire me great.. ill be able to get another job that doesnt have you dealing with a bunch of fucking clones who think everything is going to be perfect when obviously we have only the new guy doing all this garbage.. no proper training... just throw me in the war without a rifle

I worked at Long John and was in the same exact spot and walked out too. It's not as busy as McDonald's but it's a and a half working on a Friday cooking (deep frying) everything with no protection none the less and managers screaming at you to hurry up. I was cooking 20 fish/chicken and 40 shrimp constantly, along with everything else here and there (clams, popcorn shrimp,fries etc) all by myself. Said fuck this and walked out, wasn't rude or anything just told them I can't do this shit. They called me twice the next day asking me if I would come back and how they were sorry I was by myself on a fucking Friday, told them I'll think about it and never called them back.


So yeah that shit sucks, in the back of my mind now, I prolly should of stayed but figured I would be able to land a job soon and 7 months later, no luck lol. Next time I'm just gonna work and do a horrible job until I get fired, at least then I can claim unemployment checks.

it has always been a dream of mine to talk to a customer that way but i never quite got to that level of fuck you. the best i ever did was tell someone, "go somewhere else, then", and i was 19 when i said it and had already given my notice. also when i worked at the supermarket at closing time i would get on the intercom and ask why everyone was still there, suggest they leave, etc. but i was only about 17 for that stuff and all the managers were long gone when i would do it. never on sundays, though. that was time and a half.

never got fired for it, though. 8)

Lmao, miss those days. First job was at Sweet bay, Kash n Karry at the time and the bag boys always fucked around, so much freedom there and got away with anything. Playing with a bouncy ball back and forth and it ends up hitting a customer in the head, manager just laughed lol. Racing carts with this one girl and crashed into the sliding doors (I won =D) causing 10 thousand dollars in damage, never owned up to that one tho, just said it was an accident and I wasn't paying attention, good times good times.

First get some sleep please :)2nd Demand help and training, it's ur right.3rd....Wait a minute darling, if i'm paying for something, so be it a freaking small fry , and ur on the clock getting paid to make my small fry, i want a fucking small fry. If the job is draining u find 1 that pays more, oherwise serve me a small fry with smile on ur tired face, the menu says it's free :)
