My Dealer got busted last week - what should I do? I got plants growing!

Help, What should I do? I got plants growing, I ordered an o today. Dealer tell me about getting arrested last week, dealer knows I have a few plants that's not doing so well, get it. I did set some weed free the other day, I could have been seen. The cops could be on to me. I have spent close to 3000.00 dollars getting my own grow going, so I didn't have to mess with fuckin dealers and johnny law. Shit, I am so messed up I don't know what to do. Call me paranoid but I am scared to death. Please advise! I have had two back surgerys and need the mj for my pain.
I have been out of work for 1 1/2 years. I am running low on funds, I spents my life savings on the grow.

i wouldn't bet my freedom on a dealer not ratting me out. give it a few days. see what develops, but be prepared to can the whole grow. flush that shit, or eat it. whatever you gotta do to stay outta federal "pound-me-in-the-ass" prison. goodluck, broman.

1. I'd only worry if this guy was a rat and if you were selling to him (I hope you weren't)....Best to be smart.
2. Also I assume you've heard the phrase, "No harm, no foul" . That actually has a legal basis of sorts. Lawyers use it a lot for criminal and civil defense. The reasoning is as such if you got rid of your plants (and had no drugs on premise) then there would be no harm (hydrogrowing supplies are legal and you'd be doing no harm) and as such no there would be no foul (legal recourse). Seriously you'd be under police radar for sure but you wouldn't be in ass rape jail or anything. The best they could most likely get you on (pending you had no drugs in your home) would most likely be some sort of fire violation. A good lawyer could chop that case up to bits.
3. If your growing for a living/as added income (I'd assume so because you've pumped your life's savings into your operation) then I'd say you shouldn't be posting on a message board either....

No, not selling buying... sick and tired of buying started my own grow so I wouldn't have to deal with pricks who are getting busted or me getting busted.... I am afraid when I make a buy, I don't want to have to deal with anyone... I was hooked on pain meds and now the only thing that make me feel happy is mj. I haven't ever sold and will never sell... I will smoke all that shit for myself. It was city cops who got him.

Did you bail him out? Did he pay bail to get out? ( if you don't pay bail for a drug case then you have agreed to try and flip someone ) ( sorry narcs and rats ) Has he seen you plants? If he has not seen them and they run a dog around your house and noting perks the dog then you should be all set. This is only advice . . .

Oh and is it your city cops?

thanks man, I am so worried. I live in town. I keep hearing sirens, I think they are comming for me. My heart keeps leaping, it crazy! What should I look for, what do I wait for, they come in here with a search warrent and I have to let them in without time to eat them. I know, I sound like a crazy person. I don't know... this is so stressful, but at the same time I don't want to destroy my grow for no reason right?

I didn't offer to pay bail, didn't know this was something I should has asked..... shit, does that mean I am busted? Should I call now and ask?
Yes city guys, what does that mean? I am down the chain, what is the flip mean?

Yes he has seen plants. I know number one rule, don't tell anyone unless you trust them with your life. I bought my seeds from him.

Well you need really just need to know if he payed bail. Ask him like man what was your bail to get out? Just ask smoothly not bring attention to yourself. First off a search warrant is very hard to get for someone saying that you have plants growing. They would have to build a case to get a search warrant A flip is when someone get in trouble with drug. The cops offer then a deal to walk away Scott free if they can rat someone out. If this is a just a dealer time to find a new one. Never let a dealer know about anything you have going, and never let him see where you live. I know it hard to refrain from telling people you grow but you have to keep your mouth shut ( being nice not mean at all ). ( I guess there is no other way to say it. ) If you grow and told no one, and you got busted. You tell and friend who then tells his best friend who then . . . . get my point word of mouth spread fast.

It was 1200.00 I don't have that, I offered help with finding a good lawyer. It was his first offence. I had to tell them I needed seeds. Everybag I bought was seedless. I resorted to ask my dealer who delivers, shit, fuck should I destroy my grow? I told them I set the weed free. I planted outdoors. I never let him see my room, he thought I had a few sick plants. not a hydro grow room. I only showed them the sickly dying plants that I had. They think I'm small time.

It really all depends on if you trust him enough. If he's a retarded dealer with a big mouth than i would kill the plants. If he's not, then you should be alright. Even if he did "talk", like others said, he would give out info on the higher ups, not who he deals to.

Well since you refer to him as a dealer, and not a friend, I'd at least hide the stuff...

All it takes is him to decide "I don't wanna be in trouble, I'll put it on someone else"

People switch over petty charges, getting busted with a dime bag... Then again some people get busted and get locked up 10 years and don't say a word.

How did he get busted? He should be out by now...can you talk to him? If he is avoiding your calls, I would lay low for a while. If they have a search warrant, sure they will knock, usually 3 times; then bust your door down.

Just so you know...he will have to admit/implicate himself as your dealer to say anything (dealing carries more time than growing) and you got the seeds from him (so he'd be admitting conspiracy to manufacture a schedule I substance). Now he may be a dumbass and talk anyway, but you cannot get a warrant on a co-conspirators uncorroborated testimony - bottom line is that unless someone starts snooping around/asking if you can score, then your prolly fine. I will point out though that I won't be the one going to prison if I am wrong. (penalties for growing tend to be severe in states without medical laws)

I would say this, do not plant more plants, finish what you are growing out, slowly disassembling and storing stuff and then you can shut it down until all the heat blows over.

Then you should be fine if that's what his bail was sounds about right depending the state and city. Just lay low and it should all just breeze over. Look at it like this if you are going to sell you need to have one person do all the dealing, and never touch foot at the grow op. Who ever see the op can't sell the shit it can cause problems for the grow op. Make sure the city you grow in is not the city you sell in. And never get greedy cause karma always goes around. . . Thanks man, I will in fact disassemble, I had already started shuting down new grow side. I plan on moving to the country in a couple of months and get out of this city. So I will just keep the course and finish my grow. I offered to help find a good lawyer. He was picked up for having a tail light out, they found 3 o's on him. I called back and to offer help in anyway I could, they sounded cool about it. I won't be able to chill until I get this grow over with and that should be mid June. I started 12/12 cycle today even if they were not ready for it, I figure I get what I get out of it and then reasemble in the country.

I don't think they will come after me, I am a smoker and a new grower. I don't deal or grow for anyone but me. I have only bought from this dealer twice, and no he is not a close friend. I would have been a good customer if he hadn't told me he got busted, I won't buy again as long as my grow comes in. Alot is riding on this grow.

Def lay low man and just finish out those plants the last thing you want is any type of drug charge. A couple of my close boys I've grown up for years have gotten charged before and I've always had that little voice in the back of my head tellin' me ta watch out just incase but for the most part I tend not to worry just because there just like brothers. At least your moving soon...you def. will have no worry goin' out to the country a lot more privacy that's for sure, thats def what I hate about the city but at the same time I love it lol good luck though man, you should be all good though...

I think you are safe. Considering he was caught in a routine traffic stop for drug possession it is highly unlikely they would even give him a plea bargain incentive. And if they did, it would be one in which he wears a wire and goes to purchase drugs. Since he will not be purchasing from you, you can not be busted. Do not talk to him about anything regarding weed.

In fact, if he asks you about it, be like "wtf are you talking about, I have no idea". This is very important. If he is a nark the cops will have to listen to you say something suspicious via wire tap, so don't say anything around this guy!

He is the big dealer. If it were, cocaina, or heroyn, they might try to plea bargain him to find the source, but when it comes to chronic the source is way too hard to bust. Can't put gaia in shackles knowhatimean.
