My Dirt Cheap Bag Grow

first off i'd like to say this is not even close to being my first grow. i had a log on here a couple years ago. i soaked 8 seeds in water for about 24 hours. then put potting soil that is wet to field capacity in plastic cups. placed seed on soil then put ever little soil over seed. 5 of the 8 seeds are showing growth already their all about this height.

i did some rearranging in my closet today. now my plants are under a 2' flourescent 7800k light. they will stay under 24 hour light for about a week, then be switched to 18/6. will mist top of soil and water as needed.

i added a timers to the light today. my baby's get 18 instead of 24 hours of light now.

i took a bottle of tap water to my local hydroponic shop to have it tested. he tested my water, then his water, then my water again and this is what the meters read:

i transplanted the plants into 2lt bottles with the tops cut off. was a little early but they would leave the soda bottle most likely. so i hope they live and grow good. the soul mix is 2 parts mg organic soil, 1 part vermiculite, and 1 part coco coir. a friend of mine said he has a magnetic 400 watt hps i can have just needs a bulb. all i got to do is a tat for it. when he brings it i'll deside if im going to do the trade or not.
