My DX....canna senor

hi

first of this is not a ad to sell it or anything like that .......i am a stoner been here for about 3 years i own one and i am writing this to share with others

it is a gas chromatograph.....yes i know..... for those that did not here

so basically u seal up a small sample of the weed in this tray thing (40-50 mgs) the system sync with your phone ....then it starts by taken a base line sample of the air (this set the factors to zero for the readings)....after that it shots a steam of air into the sample and then pass the air over the senor getting the readings ....then the system has to flush it out so the senor last awhile .....by then the readings come up on your phone

it is pretty fricken cool .....u get a thc cbd cbn and terepenes readings ......the tech is sound the idea is sound

now the down side
1 it heats up my cpu (droid maxx)
2 u have to have a account to log in to use (side note u pick the info to share or not too)
3 no lists of terepenes effects have to look up on own
4 the read out bars are misleading (mine look low but when i look at the closest matches in the system i have lvls higher then some of theirs or at 50%) ....so check the numbers not the bars
5 the data is not able to be printed out (all your tests are stored not sure if it stored locally only on that phone or in the account for the app)

last note ......the program is only in the 2.6 so i think they will fix issues with more feed back on products


other then that i would tell ppl to buy it if they are growers and want some hard data on feed formula tweaking....or for medical smokers looking to get most out of the plant.......finally cartels so they can make sure not shipping crappy 8% thc brick crap (come on have some pride about it)

have you tested the air yet? do a dry run, or run some oregano...

nope did not see it
what do u mean .......it is what i said it is .....the tech is new the senor will be upgraded and tweaked .....currently it is 80% accuracy (78%) that is still more then enough to allow tweaking of feeds ....heck the ppl are publicly traded (MYDX in stock ...was 1.30 a share ) was debating about picking up 1000 shares

i have run about 10 test .......3 of them i was pumping in OZONE into the area 6 of them i used for markers on my plants 1 was a dry run
the ozone did reduce the readings so did not save them
6 i ran the correct way (did ozone room for 20 mins and turned off for 40 before ran)
1 dry run came out all zeros

as for doing other plants ......never thought about it i do have a list of terpenes oregano is high in one of the good terepene (look later get the name)

In the other thread, it was found the sensor is NOT a proper chromatographer.
It fudges an answer based on a handful of "sniffing" sensors, from which it is compared to a database. That's not to say it is "bad", but it is not necessarily that accurate, at least in comparison to a proper lab setup.

from what i understand of it.....it is based off the sniffer system they use to detect bombs chemicals and bio weapons in the air ( u know that air blast thing in the air port or the hand held units u see bio hazmat ppl with)

Don't get it, read my other post in that thread he linked. Way too shady, let someone with millions buy that thing so no one shits bricks when it doesn't work.
