My female plant was slightly fertilized!

Hello Friends,
I just inherited this plant which was sitting about 10 feet away from a man plant. I didn't notice the seeds at first, but now i've seen about 20 on the plant along with branches that still have the pistil female characteristic. So unfortunately, my yield will not be what i had once hoped, but i was wondering if there was anyway to salvage anything?

I heard that all the energies go to making the seeds now, as opposed to making the lovely flower we all enjoy. Would it help to pick the seeds out so that the energies can go back to producing the flower?

Thanks in advance for any help/advice. keep it real.
