wow acid some nice plants you got there if i wer you id put them on 24/0 for a week then 12/12 for another week and find out if their male or female

Well, i have one here which is the entire grow from start to finish then i have my veg thread in the cfl forum to have ppl telling me
whats going on if i need it, ^_^
I will stop once its flowering and open up a flowering thread

Of course, i will say i am in dire need of going to the store for one more light, then i can have two on top and one on each side, i have no doubt this will REALLY help with lower growth

The plants are looking mighty finnne. That whiteboard reflector looks awesome. I think I might switch to that kind of setup.

i have an extra bulb on the lower side of the plant and the extra growth is tremendous. but my plant is gettin real bushy. if i were u acid id wait till u flower THEN put the lights on the side. u will b using the benficial light towards buds instead of dense foliage. maybe im wrong so if someone could comment on this theory it would b appreciated.

Curious as to why you feel the need to encourage dense lower growth in a CFL grow. As the plant gets a littler bigger the CFLs will no longer be able to penetrate down to the lower of the plant.

which is exactly why i wish to promote it.
So i can make the lower nodes grow.
I will add possibly 3 more 42 watts during flower, just so the sides will be taken care of so the lower buds wont be SO under developed.

I suppose I see what you're after here. I guess the goal is to have side lighting throughout the length of the plants life in order to promote the bottom.

Exactly equal lighting throughout the plant should help it, yes?
I believe if i were to use this method it would do nothing but stimulate growth

Checked out the 18/6 page. They are looking great. Kinda sucks that you are forced to flower with a plant that has so few internodes. I am sure it will do great though. They yeild may be a little smaller than it could have been but I'm sure it will be jsut as tasty
. Check out my journal about 3 hours from now when I get home from school and you will see some awesome new pics. I was working for 3 or 4 hours yesterday getting everything ready for flowering. The brand new 400W HPS came on for the first time today around noon. Six trainwrecks all in new 5gallon homes and ready to grow like a wildfire. Pictures soon, damn you school keeping me out of my room

Today, i took away that stupid box, with that stupid foil and completely cover my walls, they are all now flat white.
Super reflection, also added another 42 watt, (that was dead >.> so back to buying another one)
enjoy the pictures, growth in the past two days is tremendous.
