You need to get rid of that tin foil. Tin foil doesn't reflect anything but hot spots. Thats another reason why its more hot in your space. your white walls would reflect better. Or buy mylar, white/black (don't know the proper name but they got them at grow shops), or get those car windshield reflectors. and that lst link you found explains how you should lst a plant. i don't get why you says it's horrible when it clearly shows you a GOOD way.
Other than that keep up the good work.

Don't do that. Make sure for now you are using mostly lighting in the 6500k spectrum if you are using cfl's. When you go to flower your plants switch to 2700k bulbs. The term incandescent basically = useless for growing marijuana.

Btw your plants look healthy, have you used nutes yet? It's funny how your skunk looks kind of like some of my nyc diesels since they share some genetics.

yeah i figure that out after buying 3 of them. early on i switched and i have 3 cfl's that are 5100k and i have 2 t5 2ft long tubes that are 4200K.i just started my flowering 3 days ago and switched them to 12/12 with an adding of dyna-gro bloom.the right amount of course.quick question what kind of bulbs afre 2700k??? cfls??? and would it be okay to keep the t-5s hanging over still?

rombom420 yeah i started using nutes 3 days ago the watering of the day i started my flowering. this is the first time ive used nutes and i used less then the amount said to use. i was just being precautious insted of going wild and burning my shit lol.

i figured it out that diagram was just a little confusing at the time. i needed to watch a couple videos first before seeing a diagram to understand fully :) i ended up dooing it on the smaller one and the bottem leaves blewww up! :)

the tall one looks really streched man,you should tie down both of those main stems to the side,,,just be gentle...other than that they look good man..
