My first clones

I just cloned my T-44, 7 clones, and I am wondering if this is how they should look like?

What to do? One of them started like this now 3 of them look like this.. should I remove them?

What light do you have them under? Looks like they may be getting too much...

Clones need a diffuse but constant light source until they root, as the light is the only source of energy they have.

I'm using a CFL 125w.. 12-15 cm above the dome. To strong?
