ok, in your first post, first pic, very bottom left there is a square pot with a few seedlings in it. Multiple plants in one pot is often seen as a no no. Remember, this is a weed, the roots grow very quickly and tangle quite easily. Separating them later will be difficult. Now, there are growers out there who have had great results with multiple plants in the same pot but they are never separated and there can be issues to address because of it. Not recommended for a beginner.

Now to your girls. They're looking great. Be careful with foliar feeding and I would only do it during veg till you get your feet a little wetter. If yourr environment isn't just right, you can run into mold and bud rot issues, but overall, they look healthy and happy. So far, you're a good parent :)

Foliage will not stunt the growth, just the opposite. Those are the photo receptors,...the solar panels that collect all the good stuff. There are defoliation techniques that you may read about later on, things some folks do to increase light penetration to lower buds, to reduce stretching at specific nodes, etc but for now, don't worry about all that and just let your plants grow out naturally. You need a base to compare to when you do things differently next time.

Good luck, grow 'em up!

They look great, for the gnats, next time you water put in a drop of dish soap in the water for each pot. Also put sand on top of the soil. You can also put cooled chamomile tea in, to kill the fungus that they're eating. The dish soap and sand did the trick for us tho.

Bushy is good - they will stretch out quite a bit during flower. During veg closer the node spacing the better. Try putting an inch of sand on the top of your soil - it should take care of your gnat problem.

Everything's looking great, keep it up!
