My first grow and more!

Some pictures first!

As you can see I am not a pro, I am wanting to know how much longer every one thinks the budding plant has left before its ready?
What do you folks think of my little ones?
They are reggy seeds the lot of them. at 12/12 on everything is there anyway to tell how long to expect them to take? I have to move in about two months and this could get tricky if they are not done. :|
The budding plant has taken forever its over 3 months old and I am thinking I had light leak problems that held off the flowering stage, I had to dup the light cycle to 8 hours of light for 4 or 5 days to get it to kick over. It stopped growing vertically literally 2 or 3 inches from the top of my closet (as far as I can pull my lights up goes) Its in soil, where as the little ones are in 100% perlite with rock wool starting plugs, they are all on JJ 3 part and loving it. Yes I know JJ is meant for hydro, but it works well in soil as well. I have a yeast/sugar co2 do-hicky in the coffee can :D
This is all cfl, the little ones are under a 350 watt replacement and the the big one is under 4 100 watt replacements and one 250 ish totaling around 650 watt replacement. 2 of witch of 6.5k and 3 (including the big one are 2.7k).

Comment on the little ones watering method: It seams to me that the nuts will lock up the wicking action and slow it way down watching the plants closely for any signs of dehydration or noticeable slowing in growth. I have a plan to switch to a direct wicking (per-plant res and better material with an o2 condenser as my air pump for the stones that will come with that change) I am using seams from an old pair of jeans. I tested several... well everything I could find around my house and they did the best, as far as amount of water wicked in a set time.

Please no haters I am just looking for some answers and some real feed back no one I know has grown I have no one to help me out.

Thanks in advance

Looking good, my guess would be you're a little past half way done into flower on the budding plant, still a while until chop. It'll probably come close for your babies to be done in time for your move. I'm no expert at deciphering indica/sativa just from the leaves but those seedlings look more indica than sativa to me, could also be a hybrid. Indicas are shorter flowering than sativa so you're in luck if those are indica dominant, mostly done in around 8 weeks. Maybe someone with a better eye than me could help you out with figuring out the classification.

Thank you for the input, I am hoping for Christmas bud :D I hope they keep the speed growing going on till i can get their watering situation straightened out.

I'm drunk nice job...about a pound?
Pound? LOL I wish I am hoping to get at least 2 oz's the plant is still producing more bud spots I just did an hd vid of the grow room and as best I can of the locations, this thing is super lemonie and is going nuts now that I have the lower light going for the little ones. It popped up 5 more spots in the last 2 days every node outside the main stalk in budding and even many of the main are as well its going to get heavy really really soon. I grew from start using a round tub as a light mount and has been crazy worth it.
