My first grow ever - pics. Please comment

So I showed my pics to someone in the live chat, and he says that my plants should be more than twice the size at the age they are in. I don;t really know what I am doing wrong. I water them once a day...I keep the light one inch or less away from the tops. Once a day I also mist them with pure water. I water them with water only...it's tap water that has been standing for a while to make the chloirine vapourize. I have an airstone in the water tank to keep it fresh. What should I look at next??

Hey how long did it take for ur seeds to grow out of rockwool and did u put the cracked germs in rite away??? did u cover them?

It took about 3 days for them to show up at all...and yes, I put them in rockwool as soon as they just cracked, and then I covered them up.

These are the pics for this week
As you can see I have moved the biggest plant over to a bigger rockwool cube. The roots were poking out at the bottom of the small one. At the same time the growth of the plant seemed to slow down so I moved it over to a bigger cube. I have also recently started misting once a day with only water.

The small plant with an attitude problem is still acting up. It doesn't grow much...just basically sits there. Yesterday I made one last desperate attempt to make it grow by poking that rougue root downwards into the rock wool cube and the closing the rockwool on top of it. I don't know if it's going to make any difference, but at least I tried before throwing it out.
The three seeds that I planted are still not showing "above ground"...patience is a virtue.

This plant is about a week and a half old. Judging by the size...is everything normal?? Not talking about the small one now..lol

well im telling you what i heard about ak48 thats they are auto flowering plants and that auto flowering plants are not able to be cloned thats all im telling you man , from what i heard on here yo

The "big" plant has started to move quite a bit. It has doubled the amount of leaves from 4 to 8, and still moving. I think I was over watering it before...I have slowed down the watering to half the amount and it actually seems the plant is happier this way

So a week has passed since last pictures in this post. I have some fresh one for you right here. The big one is actually the one that was about an inch and a half last week and the crippled one is the one with the problem. We have a newcomer, which is the one that broke ground about a week ago. Enjoy and please give your input!!!

i am currently growing ak 47 and i will tell you that they r not autoflowering if you keep them under 24 hour light.!
