Whats your grow space like?Looking to spend under $300 and what do you mean situation wise?
OK, so you have 2x4 feet. You can go three ways:Whats your grow space like?
Edit: went back and looked at your first post I'll comment below.
I meant do you have to hide anything aka blurple lights shining everywhere or can you be free.Looking to spend under $300 and what do you mean situation wise?

Thanks for the info! I'll look into them! Appreciate it.OK, so you have 2x4 feet. You can go three ways:
1. One 600 watt HID (if heat is not an issue) - less than 2 bills.
2. Three Mars Hydro/Roleadro/Galaxy Hrydro type 300W lights - around $250
3. DIY some Citizen COB's for about $0.40 per watt - I'd go with 8 for a total of 400W
Thanks NorCal!!Looks healthy, also good shot!
Very lovely. In that space the possibilities are endless lighting wise. Since it looks like your only gonna do two at a time I would buy a Cob kit. I was going back and fourth between a Cob kit in a frame or just the diy cob kits and for me the diy kits have more adjustability to get more even coverage vs a framed unit which your kind of stuck with the footprint the framed light already has. I can't wait to get my timber cob kit.The widow before lights out tonight.
Doesn't seem too bad. I bought a platinum led p300 so. Why not cob? If you don't my asking. Seems to be the way to go LED wise.https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B005MWHI56/ref=mp_s_a_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1484784877&sr=8-2&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_QL65&keywords=g8+led+240w&dpPl=1&dpID=41yO8AzkBGL&ref=plSrch
So most likely going to pick this up with my tax return. What does everyone think? Also her are a few pics from before lights out. Widow and the Bubblicious.
If you're gonna drop 3 bills, you might as well go with COBs.https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B005MWHI56/ref=mp_s_a_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1484784877&sr=8-2&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_QL65&keywords=g8+led+240w&dpPl=1&dpID=41yO8AzkBGL&ref=plSrch

Looked more into COB.. and I'm sold in going to do that when I get my moneyI'm still waiting on my timber citizen kit and when I do I'll start a grow journal running my new setup from seed to harvest. I'm excited. The 200w 4cob citizen kit without frame was 294.50 with an RIU coupon. That's with shipping.
Yeah im definitely going to get some LED setup. But I haven't had any issues with bugs at all and I'm in week two of flower. Hope it stays that way! Thanks for the feedback! These herbs look great! Nice job. When I grew with CFLs the humidity was too high because the heat was too high. Bugs became an issue. I switched to 2x 300watt and 210watt UFO and the 6'LX6'HX2'D room is never under 18deg cel and never over 25. (I am not seeing bugs into two full weeks of budding). LEDs rock! The budding herbs develop quicker and are now never fluffy. The frost...oh gloriouse frost is now covering more leaves making room for smoothy and salad veg containing said frost. Growing with CFLs I had alot more of "just green" trimage.
