For my grow, ive bought of the internet what is know as an envirolight, check em out, I only paid 30£ for a 200w dual spectrum (so you get the red and blue light spectrums for growth and flowering) and that included the fittings ect. I recon £30 aint much for a bulb thats gunna give you way bigger yeilds for this and future grows!

just throw in some more 26 watters you can get a 12 pack for 24$ at walmart. man is on a budget. and pick up some nutes maxibloom is 15$ a bag you use 1 tsp a gallon and makes like 150 gallons of nutrients and will last you the whole run a ph test kit is 7$ and a bottle of ph down is 8$ and your pretty much set throw in a bottle of grandmas molasses unsulphured at 1TBS a gallon at walmart for 5$ for sticky fat buds

its not proven or unproven but its 5$ at walmart and the science behind it is legit 5$ wont kill ya i waste more then 5$ a day on stupid crap
