My first grow - looking for suggestions

I'm about to start my first auto flower plants when my seeds arrive (Girl Scout Cookie auto feminized and Blue Dream auto feminized). But, I've been reading that by week 5 you should start to see signs of pre flower. Have you brought them inside and really looked them over with a light and microscope? It might be starting the flowering process already.

I start the Tiger bloom at the same time as the Big bloom. Could be wrong on that though.

I water about 3/4 of a gallon every 3 days. I'm in a 3 gallon smart pot. I just pay attention to the weight of the pot. When you know it's time to water, pick the pot up and remember that weight. Then water it. Pick it up and remember that weight as well. There is a big difference between the two.

Hey everyone - so we're just over 12 weeks, and I believe one of my girls is ready for harvest. I'm also seeing some browning that looks like bud-rot on the same plant and looking for guidance. Take a look at the pics and let me know what you think. Thanks!
