My first grow, need a little help!

Well hello there, this is my first post here and i was wondering if someone could tell me what that is growing under the white hairs there in the picture?
So i am starting on week 4 in 12/12 and i have 3 female plants (out of 5, 2 males destroyed). is that a seed growing out or what is that? and i cannot see that on the other 2 plants

Get that plant away from the othr two immediately.. those are pollen sacks.. that plant is a hermie and he/she is ready to have a bit of it's way with the other girls if you let it..

Get it far away, kill it...

If it were your only plant I would have different advice.. but you have two other plants.. that's as good as gold, so protect them first and foremost.

but i was wondering about one thing that picture is the best one i got to send in, so at the top of the plant those pollen sacks where starting to open "just a little not all the way" so was i to late to kill it? or will only time tell now? and if so will i get seeds og buds with seed?

No way of telling from my chair tonight.. if you caught them then cool, if not then look for the white hairs on your other plants to suddenly and unexplainably turn red, this is an indication they 'may' of been pollinated . if this worse case scenario happened and those are your only plants for awhile and yo have nothing else to replace them with yet, then grow bud with seeds in it.. there are worse problems to have.

I WOULD look for light leaks and possible reasons this one may of hermied on you.. sometimes it just happens, most often there is a isolatable reason and quite often it is light.

one more, i spotted this on one of the last 2 girls kinda bad poho but best i could get and i was wondering if that is also pollen balls? this one has opend a bit but i found that only on 2 branches.

If only a couple pollen balls opened and its that early in flower, It wont be much pollen and you will only get a couple seeds, even if I had 20 plants I wouldn't trash the one with 2 seeds in it because they will all be feminized and the bud will still be good.. Just keep a close eye on your plants and if you see a few sacs here and there just pluck em off, if it gets out of control then you might consider tossing it.. Almost 100% of the time a plant from a feminized seed will go hermie just because of how it was produced, that's why there are so many damn posts on here about hermied plants but there are ways to help control it like Maxwell said about the light leak, as well as any other sort of stress.
