My First Grow, Pitbull, Hawaiian, Bag Seed!

6-16-2009: Started with 1/4 TSP / Gallon FF Grow Big nutes today on the Hawaiian and Pitbull, next watering going to give same mix to the Trainwreck and Bag Seed.

They seem to be growing rather quick now! I'm gonna have to be looking into getting that HPS Conversion bulb to run on my MH Ballast soon!

Any suggestions as to any other nutes i should be starting to give these gals would be fantastic!:peace:

Did I mention to you the product called Extreme Serene? It has Kelp in it and WOW it really greens them up and grows them out.

6-17-2009: Things seem to be going good, Everything is looking healthy to me. The Trainwreck could be looking better but she's still getting used to her home I think.

They seem to be liking the FF Grow Big so far so thats good!

Bag seed has been growing like crazy :)

6-19-2009: Things looking good! The Pitbull, Hawaiian and Trainwreck seem to be growing little white hairs in between the nodes, is this pre-flowering? I Will try to get better close ups later!

The bag seed seems to be getting a rather thick main stem!

Hawaiian is starting to grow pretty quick, I think they are liking the FF Grow Big Nutes!

Trainwreck close ups, the circled things are in question :)

Thanks for looking! Any imput/advice is super helpful! :weed:

Yes those are pre flowers. Pistils are what they are called. The flower is below it. When she first become mature you see that lil flower below the pistils.

Good deal! Have some Extreme Serene, Cal-mag, and a 360w HPS Conversion bulb to run on my MH Ballast on order!! Should be here soon :D

6-22-2009: Things seem to be looking good, Pitbull has started "the claw" on a few of her leaves, thinking too much N??

Took 3 cuttings from the Pitbull, Hawaiian and 2 from Trainwreck. The clones are looking good so far, Will take pictures later!

Any and all Advice is greatly appreciated!

RH during lights on is generally about 45, lights off it goes up to about 55 on average, HPS lamp will be here tomorrow or Friday, would it hurt to just use both 400w MH and 400w HPS till i switch them to flowering? or could you flower using both? Any advice would be fantastic! thanks!

good to know :) was planning on switching to 12/12 on July 1st due to space restrictions, What should I do before the switch? Any special time for lights on lights off ? Do I need lower temps/RH for flowering ? Things like that I might need to know in advance ! :D\

Thank you Twils. I would have lights on from like 6pm to 6am that way you can beat the heat of the day.
As for those 36hr dark period before going 12/12 I have tryed it 4-5 times with different strains and found it to be a complete waste of time.

I was going to do Lights on 8pm , Lights off 8am, my current time is lights on 8pm lights off 2pm, Should i just switch my timer on the 1st to turn off at 8 am the next day instead of going to 2pm for only 12 hours of light that day then following 12 hours of dark?

Yeah just allow them to come on for 12 then off and stick with it. But a green Party bulb in there so you can see in the dark.
