if you can recover the grow in the MG soil, it would be great
i suspect it's going to a progressive condition, i've watched a number of MG soil grows that have had similar trouble(including my own)
i've watched attempts at added nutes, reduced nutes, etc., which didn't help

but should i go ahead and give it more nutes? and also should i pluck those 2 yellow/hrown leaves? theyre just old 3-fan leaves i dont believe they matter

ok im just going to transplant...sounds like i just need to get away from the MG...im not going to waste my time trying to save it in the MG...if transplanting doesnt work im only in week 5 of veg.....could be in week 5 of flower.

I have transplanted before and it turned out ok. It does take a while for the plants to bounce back, at least it did for me. I just took the whole plant, root ball and soil from the pot. I then gently loosend up the soil by squeezing it like you would a dirt clod. When the majority of the soil that I could shake off of the roots was gone I then ran it under the sink for a little bit to remove as much of the soil as possible. I would recommend using R/O water to rinse it and would probably put it in a bucket instead of the sink. That is a better idea that came to me in hindsight. It took the plant a few weeks to bounce back but growth was vigorous. There is a user named Bauks in this forum who posted some youtube videos and he uses the water in a bucket to remove the old soil method. I don't have a link to his stuff but a quick search could be of use to you. It is around week 10, or somewhere around there where he does the transplant.

checking the PH sure won't hurt, PH drops are about $4 where ever aquarium supplies are sold
and RO means reverse osmosis, it's the water you see at the fill machines at many grocery stores
good luck in transplant, i admire that you have prepared yourself for a big step
i know when i did it, it was a very stressful deal, didn't want to but the plant was just getting worse
