I currently have a 400w MH/HPS and I always keep it try to keep it about 18" from the top of the canopy, so you might want to try that spacing and see how it works for you. Your plants look great, I am really looking forward to growing my AK48 in the next few weeks.

looking good, make sure you put an HPS bulb on it when you get it because they're in flowering mode and MH is for vegging.

thanks spankdizz, the room is like a 2.5 meters high so tomorrow I am switching the lights to 12/12 ;)
You can top them and slow vertical growth and maybe try a little LST work, or string some netting across the top and management your canopy that way. Just try and get as much light to as many bud site as you can can. You won't pull a max yield but it's still a win win situation.

Hey guys, here are some pictures of my girls. They've been into flowering for 2 weeks now ;)
I am watching the grow and it looks great. Interesting to see how an Indica dom grows. I have only grown Sativa doms and they get huge, while the AK48 is bushier. You are doing a nice job going with a SOG. Ballsy for a first grow.

So I am thinking of putting a metal net at the top of the plants, I saw some journals of ppl with that kind of nets. So what do you think would it be worth as it concerns for the vertical grow and yield of course :)
