my first hydroponic grow

well i bought the air cooled reflector and ducting im using the to inline fans to move the heat out of the reflector and room. also put a bigger fan n the room heres some pics

thanks bro that a/c and aircooled reflector did the trick temps at 75 f . some of the lower leaves r yellowing and dying is that natural? ive heard its is
 
Yup lower leaves are gonna die thats normal. But Leaves look nice and green.

How far do you have that light from the tops? It should be about 15-18 inches from the tops.

But good job on fixing the heat problems. also looks like there might be a little Nute burn, How much nutes are you useing? What brand?

:bigjoint:im using dyna grow 6 tsps and bloom 3 tsps per glln ,they r 23 days old. and getting thick as hell thatks for droppin n dac. i also put my fore arm between the plant and light testing for heat . with thi sair cooled reflector i can lower it a little the tops arnt burned at all
 
i just removed 1/2 of water & food from res. replaced it with water due to small amount of nute burn , also the roots r turning brown anybody know y? they look dirty,if that helps
 
The roots can be brown,white,yellowish or ivory. Those are all fine just as long as they are healthy.

Watch for little brown spots on the roots,That can my algy or root rot. Just keep a close eye : )

claned tank out real good changed res solution put full strenght grow and 1/4 sterght bloom they r only 24 days old and bn on 12/12 9 days
 
well i read roseman guide a gain found solution to brown roots added 6 tsps 3% hydrogen peroxide to the fresh nute mix the roots showed dramatic change within 30 min they r turning white again yeah !!! reps for roseman
 
good to hear SS :) keep up the good work! and yeah, roseman is a ninja at hydro growing... hes amazing at it :) and growing in general!

yeah im glad he made that tutorial , it saved my plants even though i have something better waiting i wanna finish this grow . thanks for dropn n dlc and posting
