daaamn bro!!!that shit is beautiful.nice fukin job.but yea i think u might want to hold off maybe a week.unless they look done ut u should check some sites to look at buds at peak trichome levels to compare

Whoa, dave. That flat top cola looks crazy with the bright yellow pistils! I think if you don't have a magnifier to look at the trichomes then just go by pistils. People say it varies by strain but for the 4 strains I grow the pistils are pretty good indicator. When about 90% of the pistils are brown and 10% are still white (mostly near the bottom) then the trichomes are usually 50/50 cloudy/amber - just what I like. Another thing I would consider is harvesting at different times. After all, this is a learning experience, right? Let one of the plants go a week longer than the other to see what happens.

Seriously, I was never knocking your plant...looks good. And I didn't follow your entire thread. When I last posted, your picture came up with only a few posts/pictures. The only info I could gather was that you did all this on only 4 26 watts. I'm assuming you upped your watts.

sup guys thanks for the recent comments, and yeah i think im going to harvest one plant at a time and mybe just the top buds first too, or maybe wait till both plants ar ready, not sure yet, and yes i been growing with only 4 23w cfls the hole way threw and i have not upped the wattege

I'm really suprised you got the results you did with that light....just imagine what you would have gotten with triple those lights....or more for that matter. That's likely why you will need the extra time to harvest...still, looking good. What did you use for nutrients?

all i used was shultz 10-15-10 all the way threw, i kno alot people wont belive me, but im realy low on cash, but just wait till i have a job , and i have better equipment.

im rockin the mg soil and the 10-15-10 shultz.....a lil molasses but thats it!1 great nuggs dave molasses will sweeten and fatten them up in a week or two!

What can I say but that I'm seriously surprised that you even have bud that good producing. Here's something I tried once. This is nothing I researched or that was suggested, but I just got the "idea." I used a tea infusion with my last few waterings of my favorite tea....forget which kind. It had a strong taste of vanilla. I simply used distilled water and a modest amount of honey. I did this for the last 10 days before harvest..........and then did the complete flush. I believe that plant sucked it up profusely in the last days of bud development. That bud was smooth and tasted WONDERFUL. Try it sometime.

i just cut one down today, its hanging right now, heres a pic but i kinda cut off the main cola in the picture, the main cola i think dry is gonna be around 22 grams or so its about 8 inches long and wide as a liter of soda

Why are you so surprised about this grow?? I think it is awesome and i always new it would be ! Keeping it simple is a great way to grow!

yeah it was a great grow , till i got caught, yeah i have o idea were my plats are ad yeah idk someoe took my shit, fuckig sucks ad i dot ko what these astards did to my lap top, they didit take it ut ow 2 letters dot work, ca you guess withch 2 letters dot work?? well that all i have to say for ow im supper pissed so im out of here for ow thaks for everyoe that helped, ad yeah i guess i did get a little accited ad must have said somthig guess u realy cat trust ayoe, dam fucki laptop im out ad pls dot come i here talki shit ow i ko i fucked up peace.

Wink, I'm not surprised by simple nutrients being used. Personally,I reallly think people waste thousands of dollars investing in all the commercialized nutrients for growing pot. I figure if they have the money to waste...go right ahead. But you don't really "need" them. What surprises me is that it was done with less than 100 watts. A weed is just that.....a WEED. It will grow under the worst conditions. Yet, when blooming--which is what IS important---the plant really NEEDS light to mimick sunlight as closely as possible. I just don't get how less than 100 watts was even close to sufficient.
Now, I'm feeling for Dave. Rule to NEVER EVER break-----as exciting as it can be to share your grow experience with someone, DON'T DO IT.........no matter WHO.
