MY first SOG harvest

Northern lights. anyone have any idea what dry weight looks like it will be???

79 grams dry, is it normal for the bud to lose almost all its skunks smell when it dries and is that what im curing it for to bring back smell and taste???? cause it sure smelled better on the vine LOL

think of the smell as THC; you cant smell it because when you dry it the thc goes into the middle parts of the bud, and curing is what help the bud release and become the lovely bud you smoke

Yep, perfectly normal. You will get all the lovely smell back (and then some) after a while in the jars, provided you didn't over-dry the buds.

Not quite, but the end result is the same.

Proper curing makes ALL the difference, and the longer in the jars, the better the taste and smell.

I usually see around 25% of the wet weight after drying and curing...

Congrats on your first SOG harvest... mine was about 6 months ago...

About 1-1.5 ozs . Looks nice though. The smell will come back in the curing . I harvested my first SOG last year this time. Grats and keep up the good work.
