Just a forward this is my first all organic soil mixture practically the same formula as subcool's but with slightly different ingredients.
First here is my soil mix
Bottom Layer
The mixing process started at putting all the bottom layer ingredients and sprinkling the alfalfa and the blood meal also the manure evening then mixing it. Then putting it at the bottom of the 10 Gallon smart pots then watering it down.
Then when doing the middle layer we put together the 50% roots organic soil and mixing it with 50% perlite while adding in the kelp meal and the bat guano.
The top layer we haven't done yet where going to first place the plant inside then spread the top layer around it. Instead of making it all at once and digging a hole in order to transplant. This way you avoid mixing the layers when digging.
Well we are running 18 of these as now with 4 different strains. Lavender, White Rhino, ak47, Trainwreck, blueberry, cali d Which have all been vegging in 2 gallon smart pots under florescent light for 2 weeks.
Now to explain the pictures a little bit. The pictures of the close up bud are White Rhino that have been grown completely organic, not with a super mix though. And the entire plant reaches as if it were outside. All of them.
Then where all those tiny plants are that grow space I refer to as "The tunnel" we veg under there after clone before it goes to the next veg room ( after we transplant) Those smart pots are the 18 ones we have set and ready other then the top layer.
The nutrient pics should look familiar there's a variety of different line ups. I did a close up on the organics.
